To clarify, impersonation, pretending to be a real person, is against FANDOM policy and the rules of this site. Having more than one account, if not abused, does not violate the policies of either FANDOM or this site.

When this forum post started, one of our members was a founder of the Church of the SubGenius. Or not. Two or three IPs were the same SubGenius. Or not. Somebody else had two accounts with versions of the same name. Or not. Still somebody else had two accounts that were the same person. Or not.

We will not accept ANYBODY'S claim of who they are without proof. Post your proof below or we will not accept that you are who you claim you are. Start a new section and post your proof.

Now you've really screwed up. Bypassing a block is one of the worst things you can do on a Wiki. You are a fake, which can be easily demonstrated since you say both the User:Rev. Nick LaRG0 account and User:Jzp-wikia account are yours, yet User:Jzp-wikia says that is his only account on Wikia and says you are a sockpuppet. Furthermore, the real Rev Dkr Nick LaRG0, ASC has confirmed on the Scrubgenius Google Group that User:Jzp-wikia is his real account here, his only real account here, and that User:Rev. I do know about Happy Fun Ball. Are you claiming to be him? He started 23 Apples of Eris with Professor Mu-Chao who's a member of the Order of the Pineapple with me. If you're Happy Fun Ball, you can give me proof of that. Just have Professor Mu-Chao send me an email verifying it, or post on 23 Apples of Eris. I will accept that you're Jzp-wikia as I searched and found that name only on Wikia.com. All you have to do is leave your name at that and you're fine. If you had claimed to be Rev. Nick LaRG0 from the beginning I would have believed you because after 3 1/2 years somebody would have said you were a fake if you were. But you were on Wikia for 3 1/2 years before you claimed to be him. Maybe it's true, maybe it isn't. But without proof I have nothing to go by. As you said, if I hadn't been kicked off scrubgenius, not because of something I did there but because of what I supposedly did somewhere else, verification would be easy. Wikia doesn't permit multiple accounts; I created my normal tagged-userid since the platform is more than this site. If you bothered to follow my user profile links (twitter, personal site) you'd have seen the copious associations and similar tagged addresses. The SubGenius archive at MIT also is revealing. I don't "claim to be" anyone but me, and my Church name is Rev Dkr Nick LaRG0. You "both" haven't clarified what you would consider "proof", since the faker copied all my uploads here. Of course, the art is also on my fecesbook account. You could bother to write Stang, but this gets back to the whole point of non-SubGenius gatekeepers being a fail. If you give links as proof I can check them. And you already said you know I'm a card-carrying SubGenius. Besides that, as I've said many times to you it is against wikia policy to require membership in a particular group to edit or be an admin. In some cases it's against policy to even ask for proof. I'm not asking for proof of SubGenius membership, just for proof that you are Rev Dkr Nick LaRG0. Or you can stop claiming to be him and the problem will be over. Wikia does permit multiple accounts. I got an account on Wikipedia seven years ago before I started going by Miley Spears and I still have it. I started on uncyclopedia.wikia.com six years ago as Miley Spears. At the beginning of this year, I started an account on discordia.wikia.com as Miley Spears. They were two completely different accounts with different passwords. Unless very recently, you had to have different accounts to edit some of the wikias. I merged my two Miley Spears accounts, but my Wikipedia one is still totally separate. Several Wikipedia admins have two accounts, one as an admin and one not. Several people use different account names for different types of editing. I can confirm that Jzp-wikia is the person who posts as "Rev Dkr Nick LaRG0, ASC" on Scrubgenius because I have personally verified this with him on Scrubgenius, and anyone else with a Scrubgenius account in good standing can verify this. This also means that he, like me, is an ordained SubGenius reverend, or else we would not be allowed in Scrubgenius. I'm the Pope Hildegard who contributed to KerryThornley.com, Intermittens magazine (issues 7 and 11), and Ek-sen-trik-kuh Discordia: The Tales of Shamlicht and the upcoming editions of Shamlicht Kids Club Handbook and Intermittens, and who used to edit the Seti 23 Wiki. You can confirm my identity by emailing the person(s) in charge of any of those projects. Ask them if I'm me, then I can tell them yes I am, then they can tell you. That seems the simplest way. The Overmind

  • I am the founder of this wiki and wrote most of its content and was previously an admin but this was removed due to a sockpuppet claiming to be me (going by my SubGenius name "General Public") which said it didn't want to be admin anymore, which is false, I DO want to be admin and NEVER wanted to stop being admin.
  • I'm the user The Overmind on Wikia, where I am also admin at StarCraft Wiki: see StarCraft Wiki:Administrators. This is actually why my Wikia user name is The Overmind, since if you have played the game StarCraft, you'll know The Overmind is the main villain for the original game (prior to the Brood War expansion pack).
  • My SubGenius name is General Public. The user on Wikia with the username General Public is NOT me, but a sockpuppet who helped get my admin powers removed. However, my name that I go by in the Church of the SubGenius very much IS General Public, and I only use the name The Overmind here on Wikia.
  • I am on Twitter with a SubGenius-themed account at [2], where I call myself General Public.
  • I am on Facebook with a SubGenius-themed account at [3], where I call General Public in the parentheses behind the Facebook name Yuki Onna (as Facebook does not allow the name General Public).
  • I am on YouTube with a number of SubGenius videos at [4], where I call myself General Public.
  • I am a member of the Scrubgenius Google Group in good standing (meaning I paid for my SubGenius membership and they verified it), and I post under the name General Public on Scrubgenius. Rev. Stang, Susie the Floozie, and many others would vouch for that.
  • I was active at the Taphouse Cabal IRC for several years, originally using the IRC nick DVNC, then switching to GeneralPublic on IRC because Rev. DV8 had a similar name. The admin of the Taphouse Cabal IRC network, Ankara, could vouch for that.
  • I joined the Church of the SubGenius at 7:30 pm Eastern Daylight Time on June 18, 2008, using the web form, and paid $30 with my credit card to do so, which was the price at that time. But I had been interested in the Church of the SubGenius for several years before then.
  • I am not just an ordained SubGenius minister (who chose the title of General instead of Reverend or Doktor), but also a Discordian Pope, the founder of several failed cults where I couldn't manage to recruit anyone else so I just gave up, and I was originally raised in the Quaker religion (The Religious Society of Friends is the official name).
  • Rev. Ivan Stang and Rev. Susie the Floozie both know my real name, address, and phone number, and can confirm I am a real person. However I would like to keep that information private from the (lower-case) general public because I like having at least SOME privacy.

  • On the Scrubgenius Google Group I confirmed with Rev. Frodis "Suds" Pshaw that his account here is User:Frodis and that User:Rev. Frodis Pshaw is an impostor falsely pretending to be him. And I know that the one in the Scrubgenius group is him because everyone there had their identities verified by the SubGenius leadership before they were allowed to join, and the SubGenius leadership doesn't allow people there to impersonate each other.
