Right now with the exception of myself who was just elevated, we have only one admin who edited in the past two years. I think it would be good if we had one more to help monitor this site.

I would like to see Miley Spears elevated. She:

1. Made the second most edits on this site (over 200 since joining less than three weeks ago) and the most edits of an active editor.
2. Created the second most articles and the most of an active editor.
3. Is rated second by badges and first among active editors.
4. Uploaded many images on this site complete with descriptions and rights.
5. Has been editing wikis including Wikia for several years, has written featured articles for Uncyclopedia, and is an experienced Wikia admin who has made over 2,600 edits to our sister site, Discordian Wiki, in less than seven months.

Again, counting edits is very poor - both of you drop a number of one line/word edits on the same article in short order. Then again, how do we know you all aren't just the same person? Jzp-wikia (talk) 18:54, August 1, 2015 (UTC)

I consider your comment to be an honor. Miley is much more creative than I am, for I am largely stuck in my journalistic training. I would like to have a consensus on this and avoid infighting if possible. Pope Hilde (talk) 13:37, August 2, 2015 (UTC)

Sorry I don't like infighting either. I just don't like hearing an admin call my writing horrible. I don't think admins should do that and I would never do that as an admin. For it to be 'infighting' there'd have to be evidence that you all aren't just here to bloat the site with discordian stuff and that we're all working together. As for "only 8 edits", The Overmind blessed me to help block vandals and attackers because one well-known jerk (not represented on the wikia here) was polluting the site. Again, I never called your writing horrible, the forklifting of content in from another wikia is horrible. I believe this thread is on the edge of getting off topic. I started a forum topic on importing and copying content here. If you want to talk specifically about Discordian content or anything else on this wiki feel free to start a new forum topic. Because of the continuing conflict and what I see as infighting, and because I gave a current admin a week to show that he is ready to be an admin, unless things change significantly I plan to postpone making a decision on this for another week. Pope Hilde (talk) 18:49, August 6, 2015 (UTC)

PROBATIONARY ADMIN. To be consistent with Forum:Remove_Admin, I am making User:Miley Spears a probationary admin for two weeks.

Also for the sake of consistency, "So there is no question as to whether or not you were given links to Wikia's policies and responsibilites for admins and other editors, here's some links. Becoming an Admin Is Easy, Being an Admin Not So Much, Help:User rights, Help:Best practices for administrators, Wikia Community Guidelines, and finally but perhaps most importantly, Wikia's Terms of Use." In order to continue being an admin beyond those two weeks, I expect you to know and follow these. Understand that flagrant and repeated violations of these could be grounds for removal before the end of the two weeks.

REVISION To actually be more consistent with Forum:Remove_Admin, the original trial period there was one week and was only extended to two weeks to give the admin more time to prove themselves as it had not been done in one week. As User:Miley Spears has show herself to be a consistently productive admin in the past nine days, I see no reason to continue to keep her on probation if there is no objection. PERMANENT ADMIN As it's now been two weeks, there is no permanent admin other than myself, there's been no objection, and Miley has shown herself able and willing to be a fine admin, her admin status here is now permanent (barring acts of "Bob"). Pope Hilde (talk) 16:47, September 1, 2015 (UTC)
