Rev. Ankara is the SubGenius who runs the Taphouse Cabal IRC network, the allegedly official IRC network of the Church of the SubGenius. He also runs an interesting bot on that network called Zeppo. He is reportedly a dedicated Shriner and Freemason, but those are unconfirmed.
