Some Greek gods (Eris wasn't invited to this party so she started the Trojan War)
There are many gods the SubGenius Pantheon, including Elder Gods such as Jehovah 1, Eris Discordia, and Cthulhu, and lesser gods such as NHGH and Satan. Every god has a different religion devoted to worshiping them.
Note that "Bob" is NOT a god, but a mere mortal of Yeti ancestry, but he gets to have his own religion too, just like other mere mortals such as Jesus Christ, L. Ron Hubbard, and some guy named Donald who have all copied "Bob" and started their own copycat religions. Of course, the gods are not pleased about the fact that mortals have started religions to rival the ones worshiping them, but it's not like they can do anything about it, since none of them is really all-powerful or anything and the gods are too busy with their power struggles with other gods to worry about such minor details as the Church of the SubGenius.
